At the end of the day, I was not being asked about the television shows I watch, the dance challenges I get lost in or other ways I decompress from the day. I was being asked if it’s possible to find the balance between mindless strolls through the aisles of Target and deep exploration into how we think and feel.

I’m Not What YOU Call Strong
Looking back, I am both grateful for the time I was able to give to my mother and the lessons I have embraced (YEARS LATER) as a result of those last months of her life. And I know she would be proud of the woman who stands today, strong enough to know better so she can do better.
