Release & Rebuild: A Self-Guided Forgiveness Experience
When regret, resentment, and self-blame won’t fully settle, ‘Release & Rebuild’ is your guided journey to help you pause, process, and rebuild from a place of compassion and clarity.
The truth we often ignore…
There are moments we wish we could redo.
Conversations we replay.
Decisions we question.
Apologies we never received.
Grace we struggle to extend to ourselves.
Forgiveness is often framed as something simple.
But the truth is…It isn’t simple.
Real forgiveness requires pause.
It requires honesty.
And it requires trust in yourself to move forward without denying what hurt.
Release & Rebuild was created for that space.
What forgiveness actually is…and is NOT…
Forgiveness here is not about forgetting. It’s about freedom.
Release & Rebuild does not ask you to:
Excuse harmful behavior
Pretend something didn’t matter
Rush toward closure
Silence your own feelings
Instead, it invites you to:
Acknowledge what happened with clarity
Name what you’re still carrying
Separate responsibility from shame
Extend compassion without self-abandonment
Rebuild trust with yourself
‘Release & Rebuild’ is for you if…
You’re carrying regret about something you said, did, or didn’t do
You replay moments and wish you had shown up differently
You’re holding resentment that feels heavier than you expected
You struggle to offer yourself the grace you extend to others
You want to forgive in a way that feels grounded, not forced
This experience is especially supportive for those who carry responsibility well, even when they are quietly carrying hurt.
Pause → Release → Rebuild
Forgiveness is not one decision. It is a process. Inside Release & Rebuild, you will be guided through three intentional phases.
1 — Pause
2 — Release
3 — Rebuild
Slow down enough to hear and acknowledge what still feels unresolved. Create emotional safety within before asking yourself to move on.
Name your feelings (i.e. regret, resentment, shame, disappointment, etc). Gently release yourself from responsibility and self-condemnation.
Reclaim self-trust. Redefine your narrative.
Move forward without carrying what no longer belongs to you.

Self-trust & Forgiveness
One of the quiet casualties of regret and resentment is self-trust.
When we question our past choices or stay attached to unresolved hurt, we begin to doubt ourselves.
Release & Rebuild helps you:
Reconnect with your values
Clarify what you’ve learned
Move forward without self-punishment
Forgiveness without self-trust feels fragile.
Forgiveness grounded in self-trust becomes strength.
There was a season in my own life when I had to learn that growth is not fueled by self-condemnation.
I had to sit with regret.
I had to acknowledge hurt.
And I had to decide whether carrying it forward was serving who I was becoming.
Over time, I learned something that reshaped my work and my life:
You do not have to minimize what happened to move forward.
You do not have to condemn yourself to grow.
You are allowed to release what no longer serves you and rebuild from a place of clarity, compassion, and trust.
For me, forgiveness did not mean continuing every relationship. It meant releasing the weight of resentment and self-blame so I could rebuild self-trust.
Release & Rebuild was created from that understanding.
Not as a quick fix.
But as a guided space for honest reflection and intentional healing.
As a coach, I help others cultivate compassion, curiosity, and trust. This experience reflects those same principles, applied to the deeply personal work of forgiveness.
If you’re ready to release what’s been weighing on you, I would be honored to guide you through that work.

You may be wondering…
-
Yes. And....
‘Release & Rebuild’ creates space to explore forgiveness of others and forgiveness of self.
You decide where your focus belongs. But for most of us, the focus is both.
That said, this experience does not pressure you to excuse harmful behavior or minimize your experience. It guides you through releasing what you no longer want to carry with others and yourself.
-
That’s okay.
Forgiveness is a process, not a switch. This experience honors the value of the pause.
You may begin with acknowledgment, clarity, or simply naming what still feels heavy. There is no forced timeline inside this work.
-
No.
‘Release & Rebuild’ is a guided reflective experience designed to support emotional clarity and self-trust.
It can complement therapy or coaching, but it does not replace professional mental health care.
-
‘Release & Rebuild’ focuses specifically on forgiveness, emotional release, and rebuilding self-trust.
‘Moving with Intention’ is future-focused and designed to help you clarify vision, goals, and aligned next steps.
Many people use ‘Release & Rebuild’ to clear emotional weight before stepping into forward planning work.
-
That depends on you.
Some people move through it in one sitting, while others return to it over several days or weeks.
The guide is self-paced and designed to meet you where you are.
-
While the two do complement each other, they serve different purposes.
‘Permission to Feel’ focuses on emotional awareness and self-trust, while ‘Moving with Intention’ supports clarity, alignment, and intentional forward movement.
They work beautifully on their own or together.
