Helping you see what matters and build, the life that reflects it.
Hi. I’m Sherry Samuels, a life and leadership coach, strategic thought partner, and facilitator.
I support accomplished women as they question what no longer fits, reconnect with what they want, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
From People-Pleasing to Purpose-Led
I grew up in a household where the message was clear: “Children are to be seen and not heard.” I learned early how to be observant, how to keep the peace, and how to carry a lot.
For years, I over-functioned, chased achievement, said yes when I wanted to say no. And on the outside, everything looked fine. But inside, I felt disconnected from myself and the life I was actually meant to live.
The turning point came when I chose to do the inner work. I began to trust myself, set boundaries, and design a life that honors my values, my joy, and my purpose.
And now I help other accomplished women do the same.
My Approach
Whole-Person Focus
We look at the whole picture — head, heart, habits, and dreams
Tailored for You
Your story is unique. I meet you where you are and tailor the experience to meet your needs as an individual.
Practical & Real
Each conversation offers clarity, strategy, and tangible next steps you can use immediately.
Support & Accountability
You do not have to do the work alone. I am here to support you as you anchor to yourself.
Beyond the Work…
I have been married to my amazing wife for...a lot of years, and together we have the joy, privilege, and occasional beautiful chaos of parenting our great-niece full-time.
I love impromptu dance parties, with & without the fam, and the kind of deep conversations that make you forget to check the time. Pilates and I are currently getting to know each other because dessert and I are forever in a deeply committed relationship.
When I need to slow down, you might find me writing in my journal, wandering along a nature trail, or soaking up a rare pocket of quiet.
I am a real person who feels deeply, laughs loudly, cries when I need to, and tries to meet each day with honesty, grace, and the best I have to offer. And because each day is different, “my best” gets to look different too.
I’m still becoming…and I love that for me.
Your next chapter is already unfolding…
