What if I can’t commit to all sessions?
While this may feel like a HUGE commitment on top of everything else you are juggling in your life, the time will fly right on by. And you will walk away with a better grasp of who you are as a woman, friend, employee/boss, partner, etc. It is a significant commitment that will pay dividends in how you live your life. Additionally, I have built-in check-in points throughout this coaching program to make sure we are moving at a pace/in a way that feels aligned with your goals.

What if I need more support?
In addition to the 12 sessions offered in this program, you will have weekly access to voice note coaching throughout the program — because breakthroughs won’t wait for your next session. You will also be able to email me any time if it helps you process the work we are doing more easily. Finally, you can always sign up for an additional session, if needed, for a discounted one-off session fee.
